I have been emotional and angry for days... long story. today I forced myself to go to the gym and get out all of my frustrations. I did 30 min of vigorous cardio and then 45 min of Bodyflow (yoga/pilates) and then 10 min of meditation and then walked almost 3 km home from the grocery store at a fast pace... I feel so much better. now I am off to bed because my bestfriend is going to be here at 6am... yipee!!! play time for the next 5 days.
