Happy Sunday All.

Up way too early as nature's call proved tough to resist. I suspect I am stressed about completing an exam in my Statistical Analysis course, too. You'd think open book, unlimited time to complete (up until 1AM Eastern tonight), that it would be a stress free deal. Wish it were so for me. Math/Stats not my strong suit. Anyway, nothing to it but to do it, as the saying goes.

Workout Today:
Stretches and Side Planks
Seal Jacks and Jumping Jacks w/db's
Pull Ups
Hanging Leg Lifts
Barbell Squats
Farmer's Walk
DB pushups to row
Back extensions w/DB's with row/rotation
Cable Pulls while planking
Box Jump Burpees w/DB's
Turkish Getups
Dips w/leg raise
Sprint Intervals
LISS on Elliptical

Then get something to eat, clean up ... hit the books for 12 hours(ugh) with Bengals on tv for background noise(not thinking they got the win at Indy, but they are capable). Hoping to be through this exam and turned in so I can get to "Walking Dead" being recorded sometime before bed.

Modified my goals with body weight simulator to a 60 day plan - seems more tenable, offers some flexibility on maximum calorie average and keeps me from being disappointed when I don't hit the daily weight prediction. I will say, from Day 0 to Day 1, no matter what the simulation, is always a drop that seems too big to achieve.
