Been on fatsecret since June, and I really haven't used the challenges at all. This week I started two. After being in a program that uses this site to get you started, I never really thought of what can be done here. But after gaining more buddies (a bigger support group), I started noticing people doing challenges. So, I signed up for the drink half of your weight in ounces of water a day (which I pretty much do anyways) and take control of your weight (which lasts until New Year's Day). I am looking forward to all the positive feedback that I will be getting, and giving. It should be uplifting.

Now, for the not so fun part of my entry. This week brought some bad times. The timing belt broke on one of my cars, and in turn did some damage to the valve rods. Not fun at all. It's gonna cost a little, but it should be worth it. Started working my second job. I like it, but starting the second job under the pretense that you are losing money due to fixing up a car, doesn't start out too well. I'm glad that no on was hurt in the car ordeal, and I can't wait to get going with my second job. Extra income is always a great thing. I will be unloading trucks, so that should help me with exercising a couple times a week. Just gotta keep things going in a positive way. Hope everyone is having a great day.

I like joining the long challenges, a lot of people give up in the meanwhile since they are three months long and I'm usually somewhere in the top on the successful list. I hope you also do good in your challenges :-) We're here to support you.

I have joined a few challenges but I am not able to repot in. It always says error and does not record my weight. Anyone else have this problem. It is very frustrating.

unamoyer it was like that for me for 2,5 months. When they finally fixed it they recorded one massive weight loss drop in my challenges so I ended up on the first place in one of them. The runner up must have been upset like where did I come from? LOL You can complain to fat secret. I did twice but it won't help much.

I also had the same problem. Mine lasted for 6 months. Don't let this get you down, though. You still have your Weight History that is being recorded when you weigh in!
