Well, I was bad. Had a spoonful of stove top stuffing with my turkey dinner. I logged it and it just tasted like I wanted more. That is the first bread I have had in about 7 weeks. Was not a good idea.

Keep with your plan, it will go away..walk and walk and go back to the foods you have been eating...forget about the stuffing it is gone...focus on today and move forward, you can do this..do not beat yourself up over a wee mistake..move on.
