Turkey. Need I say more?

Have not been exercising for over a week. I have so fallen out of practice and it is sooooo dissapointing. Gonna try try try very hard to hit the treadmill/run 3 times this week. Not going to ask for something unrealistic or crazy here, just 3 times.
I CAN DO IT!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
