I have slipped off Atkins a bit because I can't seem to get my calories up each day. I've been eating oranges and other fruit, and will see how that goes for the rest of the week, then this weekend will try and do some serious shopping for some higher calorie Atkins food. Haven't been very hungry and trying to hit my RDI each day has been a challenge.
