I'm so Excited! Attended my 1st water aerobics class today at our local YMCA and it was FANTASTIC!

I'd taken a water aerobics class years ago while we were stationed overseas, so I was Really looking forward to going this morning. I wasn't disappointed!!! It was a great workout with an Awesome instructor! WooHooo...every Mon, Wed, and Fri from 8-9am, that's where I'll be! :-)

I'm still going to keep up my walking...starting to love it too much to stop doing it, but this is such a nice addition!

On 2 June, I'm going to interject a Yoga class (also at the Y) into my workout routine (on Tues & Thurs mornings) after my morning walk.

I am LOVING this renewed feeling I'm getting from exercising! It's as though my body is finally starting to 'wake up' again and it feels GREAT!

I like how you are mixing things up. You will see the results on the scale, especially with water aerobics.

Thanks Shia! Honestly, my sheer excitement should be worth at least a good half pound a week. :-) What's REALLY funny is that I'm starting to feel like the age I 'think' I am! Hahahaha!

That is indeed a wonderful feeling! I've often thought I would love doing water aerobics but I've never taken it. Sounds like fun. ENjoy the yoga. My husband loves when I go to yoga because I come home a much happier person. I always think, WHY don't I do this more often?
