Why do I have to gain weight at "that time of the month" I feel like my diet was going as planned, everything fine, and this morning 2lbs heavier than yesterday, due to my period. Mother nature, I hate you, and you are screwing with my progress. Go away already, I don't wanna breed anyway.

I just take birth control straight through and only have 3-4 TOMs a year. Maybe an option for you since you're not planning on breeding? :)

I appreciate the advice, and I was on the depo shot for a year and I loved that, but since I'm 39, my doctors really don't want me on birth control. I figure I got another 5-6 years more of suffering, then a whole new kind of suffering for Menopause!

Taking pamprin or midol might help that because the weight gain is from bloating and those pills help keep you from bloating. Probably make you feel better too. :)
