I've kept my calories under 1300/day. I chart everything I eat and will continue to track intake. I may now begin to taper up my calories. I CAN FIT BACK IN MY JEANS!
202.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
