So...last night I had made some meatloaf but where I purchased the ingredients...they didn't have ground turkey so I thought that ground beef should be fine. I was wrong...I was sooooo wrong. A couple hours after eating, I got that same severe pain I got when I was hospitalized with pancreatitis. So yeah...it was horrible and to top it off, my youngest daughter who is going to be 14 months decided it was the perfect time to play on the bed with me. @_@ Twas not fun.
Feeling better today but my stomach is pretty sensitive. I am still going to workout and try to get in as many steps as I possibly can but I cannot guarantee it. I was thinking...a way to help me get my steps up...gonna utilize my Wii Fit thing. There is something on there where you can do like either 6 or 8,000 steps. Yeah...rather boring but it's something. What makes it somewhat effective though is that you have a specific beat you have to step on so it's not like I can change how fast I am going. :)
I have noticed that I am having difficulty getting up and working out in the evening. I think maybe I am trying to do too much change at once and that is why I am failing. Maybe I need to sit down and re-evaluate everything. I suppose we shall see. Anyway, despite having a mild headache, I am going to go and begin my day! :)
