I have been deiting for a year now and have losted 65 lbs but am stuck and can not drop any more I am going to the gym 3 days a week with my friends and eating right what do I need to do

Very Awesome job! Is there anything you can do to step it up a little and add some more cardio? Add an extra day of walking, at a faster pace? Have you tried the stationary bike/recumbent bike? Hopefully this is just a little hiccup and you will start moving again. Don't give up. you've come so far!

It's hard to say what is going on. Some things to think about. Are you eating enough? Eating too little for your sex, height, current weight, and activity level for long periods of time can slow your metabolism. Are you getting in enough lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about what you are eating and not always how much. Are you drinking enough liquids to stay hydrated? Water helps flush out sodium. You might try changing up your diet. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals with some protein at each meal (ex: oatmeal/banana, yogurt/fruit, turkey sandwich/veggies,). Up your protein! Eat more high fiber foods. Change up your exercise with more intensity,longer duration. Our bodies get used to us doing the same thing all the time and changing things up can help.
