Feeling great today! Started my day off at 4:50am and off to the gym. I did one hour of exercise...20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on weight machines and 20 minutes of water aerobics. My challenge for this week is to do this 3 more times. Getting up and doing this for MYSELF is a HUGE accomplishment for me. Time to start putting ME FIRST! I'm no good to no one if I don't take care of myself.

231.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
