I started in 2009 with trying to lose weight actively using this forum. Alas...no luck. I am hoping to start again now and following my own diets. With three teenagers including a beautiful 16 year old daughter I want to look and feel my best!

I hope to make new buddies so we can encourage and motivate each other!

My interests: Food!! Zumba; Music; Reading; Watching cookery programs!!

So...roll-on 2012 and here's to a new me in 2013!!!

Bio Update: April 2015. Yes, I have lost weight and also toned up. But now really really struggling to get rid of the jelly belly and continue on the downward trend to lose weight!! Will keep on trying but not easy when you come to a plateau.

I don't see the 'delete' option to remove 'My buddies'. any suggestions? is there a site administrator I can refer to?

GI Buddy required
Seeking a buddy to share ideas etc. I am 44yr mum living in the UK. Smile Started Fatsecret to help me keep a handle on things. I think that until you record the daily exercises and food intake, it is very hard to see where you are going wrong. Fatsecret is fantastic!
