I am leaving for a beach vacation in a week and have been wanting to hit a certain goal, so for the last week on top of low carb I have been limiting my caloric intake to around 1300 calories per day. It has given my weight loss a boost as I am loosing about 3 pounds per week instead of 1-2 pounds per week. I will resume my regular low carb routine when I get back.
