whoop whoop!! into the next set of 10...my actual starting weight was 237 (not sure why it says 234, but oh well), weighed in at 219!! next step, the two-oh's..........really can't wait to see 1derland...haven't been there in I don't know HOW many years...but I have a new grandbaby on the way in March, so I'd like to at least be close by then (think I can do 20 lbs by then?), plus my 40th reunion will be next year, and youngest daughter is getting married next November (2015), So.......I really want to make this work this time. I got so burned out when I started this journey before, so I've decided that I'm going to give myself one day once in a while to eat what I want - within reason, of course - no pig out on chips, or whatever, but if I want a burger, or chinese...I'm going to, then just make sure that the next day I'm back on track. Our anniversary is on the 17th, so we're going out for Mexican - until then, I'm gna be uber-good, so I can have that yummy dinner!
Everyone have a wonderful Sunday!!
