Holy crap, I am as sore as can be today. Decided it was time for me to get back into my favorite sport again, soccer. Even though I do all the drills with both the sons and daughters team and I do all the running I require them to do. You would think my body was a little bit prepared but apparently not. After 7 years of not playing is quite painful. What's sad, is was only practice. Our first indoor soccer game is going to kill me when we play in 3 weeks. On the plus side, good thing I'm the keeper.
