no change in weight but losing some cms here and there:) yeah I am reverting to my lovely clothes wardrobe I had before and fitting it in nicely....making the most of the clothes i had bought when larger for the summer, i am hoping to ditch them soon, but am also hoping i won't need to revert back to them after Christmas :) Just booked my place for Halloween Disco Party :) it will be my first night out with friends since the beginning of summer! it will be a Friday night, hope i behave!
117.9 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy yourself!!! I bet you'll look amazing - and better yet - your confidence will probably be through the roof!! :) I worked out for the first time in like a month, so I'm happy about that!! I've been trying to go the low-carb route diet-wise as I think that I have narrowed down wheat and carbs to be my enemies for sure!! It's difficult sometimes, but I hate feeling bloated and just gross overall! BLECH!!! Get rid of the old clothes because you're not going back into those!!! Christmas treats and fun cannot defeat all the good work you've put in so far! ;) I hope you have an amazing time on Friday!! :)

HI Lisa! i think i will take your advice and have a good autumn clean and ditch the big clothes!I have learned my lesson and this summer i have learnt more about myself, my eating habits and I think i finally nailed on what works for me...I have been searching for answers for the past 3-4 years, could not understand what was making me go up in weight despite my exercising. I may just have triggered my metabolism and feel i am in the zone right now and under control...I was very determined this year to lose the excess before my next birthday and I'm nearly there...and pleased with the results too! I look better than in my forties now! :) Glad you managed a workout, keep tweaking, recording what you eat, they will serve as a good ref when you feel as if you're not getting anywhere (I had plenty of these moments!)... also try to keep a notebook and take your measurements ... sometimes I found that there was no weight loss or sometimes even weight gain, but lost measurement wise and that kept me going!

That's a great idea, Jen! Donate the clothes to someone else because you're not going to need them ever again! :) When is your night out scheduled again? Did I already miss it?! :) I've been pretty down this last week - I'm letting emotions get the best of me and though I've been doing okay food-wise, my activity level has been zero! :( I hate it when I feel defeated and down because everything else goes down with it! :(

Thanks Lisa, I'm already putting away some stuff but keeping a few just in case i get back on the rebound...Hey, don't let anyone or anything get you down! Just put in some good music, Latin dance works best with me, but lately also listening to Robbie Williams album 'Swing both ways' on spotify and i love it - keeps me in the right mood for a stressful week!You are not at war, why should you feel defeated? Just vent out...stress or feeling down is not good for me - some people go off food,but i tend to start eating right left and centre! so keep smiling hon, look at yourself in the mirror and send some love to yourself :)!
