Super motivated today i wore jeans i havent worn in 2 years i officially lost 24lbs since Christmas! Im out of the 190's for the first time in years. I still have a way to go but im definitley motivated for the long hull. The thing i need to do this time is appreciate every pound lost and really be able to be happy and confident. When i was younger i lost 50lbs and still saw fat! But when i look at the pics now i wish i couldve loved myself then and im determined to appreciate myself more and now that im 28 the maturity level is higher and drama is different I have faith Ill do better and appreciate it this time for myself and my health and family.
