Good news! I accomplished my last mini goal to reach 143 lbs, just a random number between my driver's license weight of 150 lbs and my goal weight of 136 lbs. I am tempted to walk extra and rush into getting there, but I know myself and if I overdo my exercise one day, the next day I won't want to do anything but sit in the chair. So I have to be patient and do it slowly. I am sure that I can get there one of these days. To everyone at FS, keep up the fight to get fit. To my buddies, I apologize for not supporting and commenting on your journals and weigh ins. You are always on my mind, even if I did not contact you. Keep going! You can do this!

I haven't even planned how I will celebrate getting to my goal weight. Somewhere on an old journal of mine, people were giving me tips on what to do. I will have to go back and find that journal. I do need a new pair of walking shoes, but that is something I need anyway. I need to do something special. I would like to get a hair cut, but then I think if I let my hair grow I can put it up in an elegant style. hmmm
