So several ladies at work told me i looked like I was thinning out. Asked me how much weight I have lost, my answer uhh 2 pounds in a week and a half. Boo! but I did myself notice that my jeans fit a little better today (course it could be b/c they are between washes). The one thing I have noticed is that my boobs are shrinking! UGH!!!!! of all the things I lose weight in my boobs and not my butt or my tummy??? Sweet! NOT! oh well, I am still at it, tomorrow is my off day for running. went to nutrition depot yesterday and got some good vitamins, which i should be taking anyway. and they force me to drink alot of water cause they are horse pills and I gotta take them 3 times a day! My husband however was shocked that I spent 50 bucks on vitamins (almost 2 months supply) and was upset and told me I should have just got flinstones or centrum. Oh well, I am happy and thats all that matters in MY journey!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't let the scale be the measure of your weight loss! If people are willing enough to verbalize that you look thinner, you must be having success. My breasts shrank too. Kinda sad! But all in all, I'd rather have slightly smaller breasts on a healthy body rather than giant breasts on an unhealthy one. Sounds like you have a great, positive attitude! Keep it up, you'll do amazing things!

thanks a bunch, I have come a long way. I go through these kicks but dont lose too much and get frustrated, or decide its too much work. but I signed up for an obsticle 5k in sept. with several friends who actually run, so I gotta keep up with it or I will lose big time and plus I dont want them hanging around slowin down for me. so I am keeping at it, and every day that I run and I can run further I am so proud of myself! anyay thanks for the kind words! its helps!
