back "on the wagon". After 2 weeks of exercising (almost) every day and eating remarkabley well, I have lost 2 pounds. Okay. breath. I can do this.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
