Just finished 2 months without much exercise and I am feeling it. Curse Summer Semester that swallowed me whole with school needs. Now I am graduated and determined to lose the weight! Went to the gym for circuit training at lunch and tonight I will go to an hour of water aerobics. The trick? Not overdoing it. Keep moving forward. you can do this Em!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
