Thank you both. I am finally in my zone and want to continue to ear good and get in a lot of physical activity.

I lose about the 1.5-2.0 Kg a week when I strickly follow this diet, The hard part is following it. I've found one can eat grains like rice or potatoes. The key thing is not to eat animal (mamalian) fat, dairy and to a lesser extent vegetable oils. Still a tall order in todays world where everything, I mean everything has added fat or oil....

I want to follow this strictly for my weight loss, but maintain it with the raw til 4 diet. Still eating tons of raw fruits and vegetables!
