Week 5 Day 3 COMPLETED! I feel amazing. 8 min jog + 5 min walk + 8 min jog = 2 miles. YAY. I will be dancing in my underwear in the morning. When I look in the mirror I don't see a skinny girl, but I do see a smaller me. I've lost about 20lbs now, and it's really starting to make a difference in my clothes and how I can move. I looked back at my journal history today... the lowest FS has recorded is 189. I'm very close to that. I weighed in at 192.9 this morning. Four more pounds and I'll be lighter than I ever have been in 4 years record, probably 10 years in real life. This is all good news for me!
