Day 4

I haven't worked out today. Not yet. I work out at 7.

Anyway, I just wanted to comment that Mon-Wed I worked out an mean of 45 min. Also, my average caloric intake for those three days is: 1604. Way better than before I started watching what I was eating. Honestly, I was probably in the 3000 calorie range :(
But I'm proud of myself for sticking to it. Even if it is for three days.

I was thinking about buying Jillian Michaels Body Revolution...has anyone else ever use this?

no never heard of it but i really dont read just look at the pictures in sports ilustrated........but heres what ive learned---u needa figure out what ur required daily intake for caloric balance is---function of ht/wt/exercise/life routine....u need to eat at least half of that or else ur body thinks ur starvn and wont release the fat...next food wise i cut out bread, pasta, rice, potatoes--tried to keep my carbs under 100 and not more than 1/3 of my protein and fat intake.......next i try to eat six little meals--water only to drink---i drink 2 glasses of ice water b4 each meal---then i turned my sedentary life into an active life--i dont do gym--i shape my fat body from lifes activities---bike riding--surfing working ect...i do 10 mn a day high rep/low weight thingie--anyways seems to work for me if u dont wanna read that book haha
