Wow - yeah me!!
Been starting to walk for some exercise - yesterday I walked 3 miles to the store for apples - LOL. It was a juicy apple just for me...
408.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
