What a wonderful Wednesday morning, sun is coming out, maybe no rain today so I can get in the lunch time walk. I already did morning isometrics and 500 steps of fast marching in place with high arm swings which is my new morning ritual to get my metabolism revved up before breakfast.
Started packing lunch again so I have better control and also save a little cash. I know in a pinch I always have healthy options there but it makes it easier for me to plan in advance for my whole day if I take lunch.

It is a beautiful day here too, good work on the metabolism boosters! When I'm working in the field I usually brown bag it too, as you stated it's good for the pocket book as well as the waist. Cheers!

Well done Babs for your daily routine....I'm such a slow starter in the morning.......morning time is a complete mystery to me.....an hour feels like 5 minutes. I always prepare my lunch, we only have a greasy burger van around where I work and am happy to say that the smell of it has put me off ever buying from there....

I really admire your commitment to your morning routine Babs. :) I took the morning off from walking. Needed a bit more sleep today it seemed. ^.^ And planning meals/snacks ahead of time really works for me as well!! Woot! :D Have a Great Day!

Good Morning Babs - Nice to hear you are finally receiving some of this nice spring weather. I like the habbit of planning. I didn't plan to get fat - it just happened. So I hope I've learned my lesson from that.
