As my weight in shows this was not a good week eat very bad and did not keep track of what I was eating. To top it off no gym, so with all that said no wonder I gained weight. But Im starting this day off right and I did log what I eat and My exercise. So hopefully Im back on track. The last few weekhave been pretty hit and miss I need to get back into my routine. I frlt so much better but the good news my woekout today was great, it was just what I needed. I was feeling down so that is were the candy came in and other things that I did not need to do (which I will not list here). But after my workout I knew that was what I was Missing. :-)

Sounds like my last couple of weeks! I didn't end up gaining any weight, which totally surprised me. But I was kicking myself at the end of each day because I thought I had eaten horrible and didn't exercise as much - or any - as I should have.
