Proof that writing down what you eat makes a difference. Almost 5 lbs. this last week. And the only difference this week is a new product I've been urged to try called Xocai Power squares. It's a new dark chocolate product on the market. I'm very impressed with it thus far. It has totally taken away my desire for always thinking about food. Thus yesterday day for example I at less than 1500 calories. The cool thing about this product is that it's all natural no preservatives and it's mega healthy. I'm always skeptical of these things, but I can honestly say I really like it. And I believe it's a healthy option! Not only does it help y9ou lose weight...provided you need to lose weight...but it has many other health benefits as well. Anyone interested just google Xocai. I'll vouch for the product as I know several people who's lives it's changed.

Okay, some questions about this product you are using. Are you using this as a meal at times or as snacks only. I looked at the website and they have this in different type products, powder form, cookies and such. You said you use the power squares. I am interested but want a bit more info about it, how you use it. And, a huge pat on your back for losing that 5 pounds and yes, writing down what you eat makes all the difference in the world on losing weight. Keep up the good work. :-)
