I have been in a slump as well with all this rain. The windshield wipers on my truck don't work. It is hard to not be depressed with the weather when it determines what you get done in a day. I haven't made it to the gym since last week and I don't know when I will make it back. Hopefully tomorrow night I can make it to the gym for a little while. I have a workshop tonight to go to and hoping it will help me feel better. I am only taking one child with me. I told John that I can't do more than that by myself. So Michael will go with him to the Fire Fighter's Training tonight and Chelsea gets to go learn about Horses with me. I am hoping to head to the church here in a few minutes. Spending time there will help me feel better, the Lord will lift my spirit and renew my strength. I hope everyone else gets to work their butts off cause I know I won't. I am just hoping to make it to the gym long enough to weigh in today.

I pray there is an end to all this rain SOON!Update: I did make it to the church for about 2 hours, the girls are laying down quietly while I choke down my lunch. It is just not the tastiest food. I am going to soak in the tub until John gets home and then we are heading back to the barn until it is time to go to the workshop. Besides taking Michael with him to the Fire House he has to figure out what to feed him. Me and Chelsea will have dinner at our workshop. I will give him several options and hopefully he decides something nutritious for the both of them.

I had to laugh at your post on my journal, your hubby sounds like the energizer bunny. Begging to go to work. :-))))), that is me laughing not double chins. LOL Okay, now to get serious, I feel bad for you with all the rain you are having, we had soooo much for so long and finally we have had SUN for TWO days. No sun truly pulls us down and affects our moods. You sound so overwhelmed and not finding time to work out does not help. Good for you for having John take Michael with him, that was a good thing. Standing up for what you need for you. I never did that, I thought I had to do it all. Shame on me. Try to work in that exercise at some point today even if it is for 10 minutes. I have read that 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there during the course of our days is just as effective as 20 minutes all at once. Makes it easier when we are pressed for time. Good job with keeping your weight down. Hey, get those wiper blades fixed, you need to see where you are going. :-)

So So true, he has so much energy, and so does our son. The funny thing is he neither wants to spend that energy doing things together. My house is a disaster and John is getting off early again today so no time for cleaning my house. I am hoping to have the windshield wipers fixed by July. We have to get a whole new motor for them. They work until they get wet and they stop. WHEN I NEED THEM.
