Sooo.. Chris, are you a vegan now? Thinking I haven't seen any Paleo, Atkins, etc. on your journals. Its all good, just asking.

kattay, haven't seen any Atkins since I started posting. There was a Paleo just the other day, but I didn't know anyone was interested. Now that I know... I'm not vegetarian or vegan - that's just what's been free lately. If it just for me, they would be DASH or Mediterranean, but those haven't been free, so far.

Thanks, I have downloaded some of their recipes after reading your posts. I like different kinds of recipes. They had some nice crockpot recipe books that I downloaded as well.

A lot of free Kindles about desserts, but people here don't need that temptation. :->

There are a lot of free keto Amazon books but the ones I've read mostly recycle old information and have A LOT of keto errors. I think people are just cranking out books to make a couple of dollars and they aren't subject matter experts.
