Hurrah. 77 kg mark broken. Now for burning away the next kg

this week one simple rule, no alcohol.

no problem. I'm psyched
169.5 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
