38 year old professional. From Denmark originally (17 years ago) but working and living in Manchester UK.
Have previously worked as a aerobics/step and salsa instructor - but career has taken me away from exercise. Since gained a bit of weight - all of it around my waist. Just want to lose the inches and get healthier. (Still need to stop smoking Ahrrr)
