Right now I'm in maintenance mode. Why? Because my body needs it. I want my body to get used to this body image and weight I have right now, so I can continue my fat loss journey within next 3 weeks.
I'm not obsessed with the scale anymore, which is good and I make even more foods at home. Today I made protein bars that will help me keep up my protein level even during snack times, which is good.
