Okay, managed not to eat anything after 10pm last night. Also am doing (relatively) well on the low added-sugar thing. My only trip-up for now is my protein bar, but it's balanced 40/30/30, carbs/fat/protein, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Oh! I finally ditched once and for all my cane and am now walking with just an Air Cast. Actually took some stairs today...
