Okay, so I'm MOSTLY following my rules... but I'm still eating too much, considering my lack of exercise. So I decided to inspect, and here's what I realized:

Sorry, but Cheerios are NOT in danger of going bad. Fiance eats them like a fiend.

I'm not craving chocolate so much, but do I REALLY need it -- even the dark kind -- after 11pm? I don't think so.

So, in addition to (better) following the rules, I'm going to cut off food after 10:30pm. See how that works.
