Last week I didn't lose any weight and it fluctuated up and down. I started a new six week program at a gym - Curvy Women program - to see if I can jump start it again. Wish me luck! New diet as well -- still very high protein, low carbos - but, putting fruit and dairy back in and taking out beans. 6 weeks - we shall see!
