Not sure what the mini-challenge means, but, I am exercising consistently, working at eating healthy - vegetables, beans, no additional sugar, farmer's markets as much as I can so it is local and often organic. I have signed up for a 6 week Curvy Woman work out at a gym and get "assessed" on Saturday. Things are going good. I am proud of my consistency and my progress.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
