I continue to work hard and have started the Protein Power diet just today. I am looking forward to losing the next 30 pounds. Have been walking regularly this week and each time I walk it makes me feel great. Beautiful here to have the sun on my face and the beauty of spring in the desert.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
