I totally blew through my calories yesterday. Normally, that is planned. Normally, I know that I'm doing it. But yesterday, I just lost count! I forgot about the cookie I ate in the afternoon. It was a bite sized snack left in the coffee room for all the enjoy. I ate the tiny little morsel long before I looked on the bottom of the box to see that little bite packed 160 calories! Then, I didn't track it. So at the end of the day, I saw my numbers and thought that I could have a glass of wine. Of course, 1 turned into 2, which for some reason last night turned into 3 and a bit of cheese. UGGG. This is life. I know that mistakes happen. But I'm just pissed off about it. I need to do better.

I'm looking forward to the end of today. I hate wishing away time, but I have a report due today, I have to sew my husband's covers for his boat motor, I have a meeting in the afternoon, I need to make my house presentable, and I have to set up a guest room (the one I dismantled for the treadmill) for weekend guests. All of this is achievable, but I also have the kiddos today. Writing a report with kids is impossible. Okay, get it together Jennifer. (This is me giving myself a pep talk.) I am amazing woman, capable of doing amazing things. Focus. And get off the couch!
