Hurray for Saturday! I made it through yesterday almost unscathed! Yesterday's to do list included house keeping, setting up a guest room, sewing sheets for husband's boat covers, jogging, and writing a report for work. I was rocking the to do list until my guests showed up... then all progress stopped on the report writing. By the time they went to bed, I was not able to think clearly. I punched a few more sentences into the keyboard, then hit the sack about midnight. All would have been okay, except the littlest little (almost 8 months old now) wanted to eat at 1AM, then at 3AM, then again at 6AM. Now it's 830, the family is awake, a new chores list is forming, and I'm in serious need of a nap.

Enough whining! I finished Week 4 Day 3 last night!!!! I had to slow my pace by 0.4mph to get through it, but I DID IT! For those that aren't psychic and all things knowing about C25K, Week 4 Day 3 is a 3/1.5 + 5/2.5 (jog/walk) twice. The numbers are in minutes. That means I jogged a total of 16 minutes last night. That's really cool. At least for my fat butt to go 2.2 miles in 30 minutes! The scale doesn't show the physical progress that I've made, but my eating hasn't been as controlled as I would like it to be either. This week I'm going to focus on having a serving of roasted vegetables and a salad daily. AND no wine for me this week. Everyday I that I have exceeded my RDI by more than 10%, it's because of the wine.
