First Day back since I had my surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago. A number of people commented on how good I look. So people are noticing the weight loss. YA
174.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 April 2011:
1638 kcal Fat: 120.99g | Prot: 91.90g | Carb: 56.41g.   Breakfast: mayon, whipped cream cheese, butter, half half,  coffee grounds, MIM Muffin in a Minute. Lunch: fully cooked bacon, chicken breast, egg salad. Dinner: romiane lettuce, black olives, yellow pepper, celery. Snacks/Other: sugar free jello, whipped cream, Atkins shake. more...
