Whoa.... I am really lucky that I did not go over my calories yesterday... although I came pretty close at above 95%. I had WAY too many calories at breakfast, and I am not sure how accurate the dinner calorie counting was because it was at a restaurant and I couldn't find the nutritional information. I added items that I thought were similar and more calories to be on the safe side.
