I wish this weight loss thing would happen a little more quickly. It's not that I am in a huge rush to loose the weight, but I have worked out EVERY day for the past 7 days in a row, and I am talking getting my freaking butt kicked working out, and I still weigh the same... what gives??? Amy's boyfriend Justin said that your body needs two weeks of something before results start to show, and after that they will happen more rapidly. I am going on my second week this week, let's hope he is right because it would frustrate me to work this hard and not see results. I haven't worked this hard since Swimming!!

Great job fish! You know its true... when you start a new exercise program especially if its hardcore... the scale holds tight. First, you've just shocked the hell it of it! It's repairing and building muscle, which swells with water during this process. But, the best part of this is that you are burning fat... even betting your cardio system... and hopefully toning up. You can see on my weight chart when I started serious exercise on Feb 12 the scale started to slow... but inches kept dropping. Three inches off my waist since I first started (mid Jan). So, stick with it! Have faith! And try to enjoy those workouts. :)
