Should have had more lost because of the sheer deficit of calorie, but strongly suspect that my muscles are developing due to certain aches in legs,arms,sides and abdomen.

Muscles retain water to help them heal (sore muscles means muscle edema) and this can show on the scale as no loss, smaller than usual loss or even a gain. I have gone on a long bike ride and been up 4 pounds the next day. Cherry's and cherry juice are supposed to help with the soreness (they are just so expensive). Stay hydrated and keep going. The scale eventually catches up.
