Today is the first day of a Nutrition Challenge at work and I am excited about it. The challenge is Five for Five and we have to consume five fruits/vegetables each day for five days a week and five weeks total. I am going to try to eat as much fresh produce as I can, but I also picked up Naked Juice to help me if needed. Juice is allowed as long as it is low/no sugar and since Naked Juice has no sugar it works. :) Happy Monday to my Fat Secret buddies!!!!
