Not a good weekend for the scale... a wedding on Saturday... coupled by the fact that I have not worked out since last Wednesday due to a very busy work schedule. I MUST, and WILL get to the gym today!!

188.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I KNOW THE FEELING BUT GUESS WHAT THIS WILL ONLY MAKE YOU MORE DETERMINED TO GET THOSE FEW POUNDS OFF AND MANY MORE GOOD LUCK AND DON'T BE TO HARD ON YOURSELF I WON'T.
