Restarting again. I have officially maxed out my weight limit for my small frame and height. At 253 lbs, I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life. I've started having weight related health problems too. I am only 30 years old and this is not how I want to spend the rest of my life. I'm tired of being in pain and embarrassed by the way I look. I'm also tired of trying to find clothes that fit right and look nice. My feet, ankles and knees hurt all the time too. I have officially had enough and I'm buckling down and getting this weight off once and for all.

I know how you feel and you can take control. Start of with small goals to reach for like walking and then keep adding a faster pace along with other physical exercise. I finally woke up and realize those simple sugars and those white foods like flour, pasta, rice had to be taken completely out of my diet to get results.
