First day - yikes

breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs
morning snack - celery sticks
lunch - lettuce, tomato, steak tips, 2 low-fat cheese sticks, celery
afternoon snack - peanuts
dinner - tuna w/mayo, hard boiled egg

walked for an hour
