Ok so I need to do a different diet,I just can't cut out carbs almost entirely. I end up feeling sick and get headaches, so I'm just going to count my calories and try to keep an eye on everything else to make sure it doesn't get too high. I also can't stand never eating some of my favorite foods that are just fine for you as long as you don't eat a ton of them.
